made July 22nd, 1930, by Daniel R. Young, P. E. and L. S . entitled,
"Map of Reydon Shores, Inc. , Bayview, L.I. , N.Y. , in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." , and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on July 1st, 1931, as
Map No. 631; said northwesterly corner of Plot No. 19 being 543 .60 feet
distant from a stone monument set on the easterly side of Oak Drive
and on the westerly side of Plot No. 5 Block D of said map and said
stone monument being 153.60 feet from the northwesterly corner of Plot
No . 6 in Block D on said map, and said parcel of land being 90 feet
ii frontage on Oak Drive and 165 feet in depth.

TOGETHER WITH all the rights and privileges of the party of the first
part in and to the use of the beach, in common with other property
I� owners, lying in front of Section A and B, as shown on the map before
mentioned, and

its successors or assigns, in the aforementioned deed to the party of
the first part from Reydon Shores, Inc. , relative to the title of the
