roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof TOGETHER with the,appurtenances

Road a distance of 230 feet, more or less , to the point or place of
beginning. Said premises being known as lots 40, 50' and "51 on a
certain unfiled map known as map , of section 2 "Laughing Water.
'TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party, of the
s first part, if any, in and to the land lying within the bed of
Wabasso Street adjacent to the subject premises on the east to the
center line thereof and in and to the land lying within the bed of
Nokomis Road adjacent to the subject premises on the west to the
center line thereof, subject, however, to passage of others overt'
Wabasso Street and Nokomis Road and subject to the right reserved by
the party of the first part to dedicate Wabasso Street and Nokomis
