Goleb Revocable Trust 203 Tschiffely Square Road Gaithersburg, MD 20878 RE: 360 BAYVIEW DRIVE, EAST MARION SCTM# 1000-37-4-1 Dear Mr. Goleb: The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017: RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees hereby separate portions of the approved structures under Wetland Permit#4818, as issued on November 5, 1997, and Amended on November 5, 1999, in order to create Wetland Permit#4818A specifically for the existing 3'x27' catwalk, a 3'x10' ramp,'and a 12'x20' "L" shaped float; and Wetland Permit#4818B specifically for the existing 42' bulkhead, a 20' long bulkhead at the end of the catwalk, a 6"x61' retaining wall, an 18"x37' retaining wall, a 30"x45' retaining wall, and a 12" to 18"x96' retaining wall, which are to be under new property owner names and property tax map numbers for each portion of said permit, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the request of PAUL C. GOLEB REVOCABLE TRUST& DIANE M. GOLEB REVOCABLE TRUST for a Transfer of Wetland Permit#48186, specifically the existing 42' bulkhead, a 20' long bulkhead at the end of the catwalk; a 6"x61' retaining wall; an 18"x37' retaining wall; a 30"x45' retaining wall; and a 12" to 18"x96' retaining wall from Richard & Judith DiBlasi to Paul C.
