feet to land of Theodore Klos ; thence along said land of Klos the following

BEING and INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein
by deed from Stefan Zebroski A1K/A Stephan ZebrowsKi , residing at (no street
Number) Bay Avenue, East Marion, New York, dated April 2, 197'+ and recorded
in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 10, 1974 in liber 7619 of
conveyances at page 72

This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage held by Stefan
Zebrowski on which there is now due the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY THREE 02/ 100 ($ 14, 753.02 ) DOLLARS together with accrued
interest and the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to
pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for
this conveyance by joining in the execution of this deed. Said mortgage
is dated April 2, 1974 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on April 10, 1974 in liber 7038 of Mortgages at page 550.
