or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of Bay . ;
Home Road about 1135 feet southeasterly along said line from the
(� Main Road (Route 25) ; and running thence along land of the Fismer
Estate north 54° 07' East 146. 54 feet to an iron pipe at the west-
erly corner of land of Glendinning; thence along said land of
Glendinning, south 44° 19 ' 40" east 210 feet more or less to
ordinary high water mark of Southold Bay; thence southwesterly
along said high water mark, 178 feet more or less to said north-
easterly line of Bay Home Road; thence along said northeasterly
line of Bay Home Road, north 37° 14' 50" west 260 feet more or
less to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement to supply water as granted by
instrument recorded in Liber 5589 of conveyances, page 203, in the i
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
TOGETHER with a right of way as set forth in Liber 4260
of conveyances, page 391, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
the parties herein by deed dated July 25, 1968, recorded July 26,
1968 in Liber 6389, cp. 56 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office ,
it being the intention of the party of the first part to convey
his interest in said premises to the party of the second part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part hos not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
