PARCEL _I ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows ;
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of a certain 50 foot
right of way, which point is 1080.51 feet southeasterly of the southerl
line of Soundview Avenue;
running thence South 44 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East along land
of Michael J. Morris a distance of 359. 79 feet, to land of Hodgins;
running thence South 47 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds West 50.03 feet
to land now or formerly of Irving Latham;
running thence North 44 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West along said
land a distance of 359.73 feet, to land now or formerly of Muir;
and running thence North 47 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds East a
distance of 50.03 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING;
said premises being and intended to be a strip of land 50 feet in width
and approximately 360 feet in length, and formerly designated as a
�I right of way.
SUBJECT, however, to the right to the use of said right of way hereto-
fore granted to Michael J. Morris .
TOGETHER WITH and subject to a right of way 50 feet in width, the
southwesterly side of which runs from the southeasterly corner of the
