Kaplan, as issued on April 30, 1984. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. This catwalk has been used by Dr. Kaplan since about 1972 for tying up an outboard skiff, Now that the season is approaching, our Association will contact our summer residents about theTown Board's Survey Program and urge them to register.
