That if future operations of the Tow,n of Southold require the removal and/or alteration in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Southold, such work shall cause un- ~easonable .obstruction to free navigation, the said .~i..a..K..a.m.i..~.s.k.y ..... will be required upon due notice from the said ]~oard of Trustees, 'to. remove or alter the location .of the work hereby authorized without expense to the Town of .Southo!d, so as ~o render navigation reasonably free and unobstruct- ed. To Ail Concerned: We are planning to do some repair work on one of our stationary docks on Mattituck Inlet (town dock number 576). The work to be done includes replacing some poles which have rotted or suffered worm damage, and reframing and recovering the dock itself.
