The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, August 23, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Wrustees grant a waiver
to build a one family dwelling as shown on survey dated June 11,
1990 subject to no activity to take place seaward of the boat
house and a $35.00 waiver fee.
