Dear Mr. Jacobson: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on September 28, 1989 as follows: WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection of the subject property, RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by Gerald Jacobson for a waiver to register existing 3' x 45' walkway to Great Pond on above mentioned property. Dear Mr. Jacobsoh: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on September 28, 1989 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Gerald Jacobson applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, G.F. application dated September 7, 1989 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are farailiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined existing project will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Gerald Jacobson BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED a Grandfather permit for existing 6' x 9' float installed in Great Pond at above mentioned property. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project. Dear Mrs. Jacobson: As per our inspection of your property on August 22, 1989, please be advised that we will accept a Grandfather application for existing 6' x 9' floating dock and we will grant a waiver for 45' walkway constructed. Please send a letter requesting waiver, along with the $35.00 fee, and also please complete the Grandfather application and submit $35.00 fee for permit.
