WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel o£ land, situate, lying and
being at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a private road known
as "Colonial Road" , 37 .13 feet southerly along said easterly line
from the northerly line of a private road known as "Liberty Lane" ;
from said point of beginning running along land of the party of the
first part, South 61 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance
of 100. 0 feet to land of Stelzer;
THENCE along said land of Stelzer, South 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconc
West, a distance of 150 . 0 feet to land conveyed or about to be conveyed
by the party of the first part herein to Wallenborn:
THENCE along said land, North 61 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 100.0 feet to said easterly line of "Colonial Road" ;
THENCE along said easterly line, North 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds
East„ a distance of 150 .0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
