Jackson 300 Deep Hole Drive Mattituck, NY 11952 Re: SCTM 9115-12-4 Dear Mr. Jackson, According to the infozmation given, a copy of the survey submitted and an on-site inspection, to construct a 1,600 s.f. addition, a 626 s.f. of garage and an 8' X 10' shed as per plan which shows that the shed is more than 75' from wetland, the Southold Town Board of Trustees has found this project out of our jurisdiction under the Town Wetlands Ordinance. Box 1179 Southold~ N.Y. 11971 Dear Trustees~ We have recently purchased and moved to a residence in Mattituck at the add- ress above. SCTM Data; 1000-115-12-4. We plan to expandthe existing structure within the next fewmonths, adding approximately 16Q0 square feet of additional ~ living space plus a garage of 626 square feet. The present structure is a 1 story frame cape stylecottage with a set back from the high water mark of over 162 linear feet, and a 10-12 foot elevation MSL.
