Dear Mr. Jackson,
According to the infozmation given, a copy of the survey
submitted and an on-site inspection, to construct a 1,600 s.f.
addition, a 626 s.f. of garage and an 8' X 10' shed as per plan
which shows that the shed is more than 75' from wetland, the
Southold Town Board of Trustees has found this project out of
our jurisdiction under the Town Wetlands Ordinance.
Please note that any activity within the 75' of Wetland area
will require an application from this office.

At a meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held
Thursday, September 21, 1995 the following recommendation was made:

Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Allan Connell. it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the request for a letter of non-jurisdiction for WARREN JACKSON AND
WIFE 115-12-4 to add an addition and garage to existing home and place a
storage shed landward of the 75' distance required from the tidal wetlands

Dear Trustees~
We have recently purchased and moved to a residence in Mattituck at the add-
ress above. SCTM Data; 1000-115-12-4. We plan to expandthe existing structure
within the next fewmonths, adding approximately 16Q0 square feet of additional ~
living space plus a garage of 626 square feet. The present structure is a 1
story frame cape stylecottage with a set back from the high water mark of over
162 linear feet, and a 10-12 foot elevation MSL.
We have applied to the NYS DEC for the appropriate determination of non jur-
isdiction, and are requesting from the Board of Trustees aletter of non juris-
diction to expand the structure as per Town/NYS code, andalso would like to
place a storage shed landward of the 75 foot distance required from the tidal
