As long as all other work on the house is within the existing foot print the applicant does not have to come back to this board. It is requested that a Continuance of Waiver be granted. The Residence has the same ground footprint and location upon which Original Waiver was granted. When houSe was raised, the old ridge tree pole snapped, requiring construction of a new roof, covering original exterior walls. This is the reason for Waiver Continuance and Reapproval.
