Please note that the waiver granted in 1993 to raise the house
on the above referenced property is still in effect.
As long as all other work on the house is within the existing
foot print the applicant does not have to come back to this
board.
However, the Board suggest that the applicant go to the Health
Dept. to make sure the septic system is up to date.

waiver to raise the house from present elevation of 6.7' to
12". Located Main Bayview Road, Southold.

Request for Chapter 97 Waiver Continuance
Gentlemen:
Enclosures covering Original Waiver granted 12/6/93 are forwarded
for information and use with respect to Waiver Continuance.
It is requested that a Continuance of Waiver be granted.
The Residence has the same ground footprint and location upon
which Original Waiver was granted.
When houSe was raised, the old ridge tree pole snapped, requiring
construction of a new roof, covering original exterior walls.
This is the reason for Waiver Continuance and Reapproval.

Request for waiver from Chapter 97 on the raising of Mr. Eli Green's
summer residence. First Floor level to be raised from present
°elevation of 6.7' to 12.0'. Existing ground will not be disturbed.
No fill or berms will be required. Existing wa~er and sewage will
be maintained.
