The Town ~oard is considering conveying the above
mentioned abandonedroadway, from Grand Ave. to the ordinary high
water mark along Loig Creek, to the adjacent landowner Mary Anna
Smith.
The Enclo~d survey identifies the area to be ~conveyed.
You will n~te that the concrete and timber abutment is
located in Long Creek, and would be under your jurisdiction.
Some thought should be given to either the removal of the
abutment or securingsame to eliminate danger.

Decisions on certain properties
Cia Cia Property: The Town and the Health Department have
declared this property to be unsafe and hazardous. We have
received the permission of the owner to clear the entire site of
all buildings and structures. I request"that you look at it with
regard to wetlands and possible restrictions.
Grand Avenue and Mill Lane Bridge abutments: These old bridge
structures present an unsafe condition and will soon fall into
the creeks they now border. Is there any objection to the Town
removing these old structures?
