The failure to obtain such other approval when required shall subject this permit to immediate revocation by- the Trustees upon receipt by the Trustees. of written notice from such other governmental or municipal authorities of its refusal or disapproval. '" The applicant does by the acceptance of this permit, assume all responsibility for operations under- taken pursuant to this pei'mit, and shall take all precautions for the prevention of injuries to persons and property resulting from such operations. By such acceptance, the applicant also agrees to indemni-: fy and save harmless the Town, and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims arising from operations under this permit and any and all acts or omissions of applicant, his agent and employees. Trustees TERMS and CONDITIONS The Permirtee Robert Gott;lieb residing at Robinson Road, Southold N. ¥., as par~ of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit does understand and prescribe to the fol- lowing: 1. That the said Board of Trustees and the Town of Southold are released from any and al/ damages, or dalmq for damages, of suits arising directly or indirectly as a result of any oper- ation performed pllrsnant to this permit; and the said Permit'tee wilL, at his or her own expeme, defend any and all such suits initiated by third parties, and the said Permittee assumes full liability with respect thereto, ro the complete exclusion of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Southold 2. That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the work herein authorized. 6. That there shall be no interference with the right of the public to pass and repass along the beach between high and Iow water marks. 7. That if furore operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board Of Trustees, the work shall cause unreasonable obstrucuon to free navigation, the said Permittee will be required, upon due notice, ro remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town of Southold. 8. That the said Board will be notified by the Permittee oz the completion of the work auth- orized. 9.
