Dear Mr. Gordon:
This letter will confirm the field inspection of your property
on Fishers ISland by a representative of this office on April
19, 1991.
As a result, it has been determined that a completed wetland
permit application form, Long Environmental Assessment Form and
the $150.00 application fee will be necessary for this project.
A reinspection of the site after your application is submitted
is indicated and a small amount of clearing by your licensed
surveyor or engineer is requested in addition to ' staking all
house corners (including deck), so that straight lines of
measurement can be made from the proposed house corners to the
wetland.
