' ALL that tract or parcel of land situate; lying and being near Peconic, In the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, .
Beginning at a set concrete monument formerly a stake in the northerly line of Sound
View Avenue the southerly corner of land of Howell T. Fisher which monument is 74
r feet westwardly from a stone set in the northerly line of Sound View Avenue at the ,
beginning of a curve to the eastwardly, thernce north 43a 281 west 1150 feet to a
point the line passing through a concrete monument set near the bluff 280 feet
from the beginning and through another concrete monument set near the Howell T.
Fisher bath house 875 feet from the beginning, thence from said point southeast-
wardly along land of Howell T. Fisher 1150 feet more or less to a set concrete
,. monument in the northerly line of Sound View Avenue the line passing through a
point distant 3.35 feet from the monument near the said bath house and through a
point distant 10.6 feet from the monument near the bluff, thenen northeastwardly
along northerly line of Sound View Avenue 14 feet to the place of beginning. Being
a triangular strip adjoining land of Howell T. Fisher on the southwesterly side of
his lot and containing sixteen hundredths of an acre.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary M. H. Dayton et al to
Howell T. Fisher by deed dated August 25, 1922 and recorded In the Suffolk County
Clerkts Office on September 8, 1922, in Liber 1052 of deeds at page 96.

Suffolk, New York, being known as lot number (5) Five on a Maof lots ovAled by
Silas A.H. Dayton, at al •, surveyed by F. F. Overton and compiled by Halsey &
$<ShFf Van Tuyl bearing date November 6th, 1915 and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake (which Ithe northerly line of Sound View Avenue and at
a distance of six hundred and 41ty-four feet, be the same more or less, from the
point where the westerly line of the tract conveyed by John J. Bartlett and Annie
E. Bartlett, his wifa, to Mary M. H . Daytona "Mary L. Dayton;and Silas A.H. Dayton
by deed dated February 18th, 1913,' intersects the northerly line of Sound View
Avenue) which stake is also seventy-r9tIF feet westerly from a stone set in the'
northerly line of Sound View Avenue at the beginning of a curve to the eastwerdly,
thence along the easterly lime of Lot number six North forty-three degrees twenty-
eight. minutes west (the line passing through a set concrete monument near the top
of the bluff) eleven hundred and fifty feet be the same more or less ; to the shore
of Long Island Sound; thence along the shore approximately at right angles to the

passing through a set concrete monument near the top of the bluff) and along

Being and intended to be-the same premises conveyed by Herman W. Williams, Jr .
and Alice F. Williams to George 11. Tisdale by deed dated My 16th, 1956, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Odtober 5, 1956, in Liber 4192
of Heeds at page 398.
