The Board of Trustees reviewed the application submitted for the
above referenced property.
After an on site inspection, this project was determined not to
be in the Trustees jurisdiction as the activity proposed is
greater than the 75' to the tidal wetlands.
All other approvals that may be applicable should be secured
prior to the commencement of the project.

Dear Trustees,
Enclosed, please find two (2) Site Plans and a Check for $35.00 for
a new 'terrace on an existing residence on Peconic Bay in New
Suffolk. The location of the proposed terrace is greater than the
seventy-five (75) foot required setback and we are therefore
requesting a waiver from the Trustees.
The proposed terrace has been staked at the request of the NY State
Department of Environmental Conservation and can be inspected by
the Board at any time.
