TOGETHER with an easement to connect into and use the poles and wires
for electric and telephone service, presently located immediately south of the
20 foot right- of-way, bisecting the premises of the party of the first part,
including the right to operate maintain, re-construct and repair said poles,
wires and connections as may be necessary for permanent utility services.
The installation of new utilities and the connection into presently
existing utilities shall be at the expense of the party of the second part.
The above easements shall inure to the party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns and unto their grantees of all or any part of the above described
I' premises forever.
SUBJECT to a certain 20 foot wide right-of-way easement as set forth
in the deed recorded in Liber 5526 cp 380
RESERVING HOWEVER unto the party of the first part all
reservations and rights contained in Deeds Liber 4180 cp 219 and
Liber 4287 cp 230.
This deed is given supplementary to deeds recorded in
Liber 4180 cp 219 and Liber 4287 cp 230 for the purpose of affording
the party of the second part access over Maple Avenue or Maple Land
and a 20 foot right of way to and from Main Road.
