SUBJECT to a certain 20 foot wide right-of-way easement as set forth in the deed recorded in Liber 5526 cp 380 RESERVING HOWEVER unto the party of the first part all reservations and rights contained in Deeds Liber 4180 cp 219 and Liber 4287 cp 230. This deed is given supplementary to deeds recorded in Liber 4180 cp 219 and Liber 4287 cp 230 for the purpose of affording the party of the second part access over Maple Avenue or Maple Land and a 20 foot right of way to and from Main Road.
