Box 463 400 Front Street Greenport NY 11944 Re: THOMAS & ROBY GLUCKMAN SCT14 #111-5-2 Dear Mr. Kapell, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on May 26, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, David Kapell on behalf of THOMAS & ROBY GLUCKMAN applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, applicationdated May 9, 1994, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold. Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect -to said application on April 26, 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as .proposed will not affect the health,safety, and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED,, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of THOMAS & ROBY GLUCKMAN to construct a `22' X 45' swimming pool with a 10 ' X 10' deck and a 30' X 15' pool house, with conditions that applicant place hay bales down during construction and they seek aid of the Suffolk County Soil Conservation in regards to bluff area, and place a backwash for pool. Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
