With regard to your letter dated December 20, 2016, requesting permission to
trim the bushes along the lake at Wolf Pit, the Board of Trustees determined that
it is okay for said bushes to be pruned.,
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

I am counsel to the Matttituck Park District .
Residents who frequent Wolf Pit Lake have advised the Park
District that the bushes along the lake need to 'be pruned.
At this time we hereby grant access to the Board of Trustees
to inspect the property and advise the Park District if the
pruning of the existing bushes requires any prior approval
from the Board of Trustees .
