of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line of Osseo Avenue
with the northerly line of Opechee Avenue; from said point of
beginning running along said easterly line of Osseo Avenue, North
16° 33 ' West 70 feet to a monument and land of Byrnes; thence
easterly along said land of Byrnes 122.5 feet to a monument and
land of Curry; thence southerly along said land of Curry 110
feet to a monument on said northerly line of Opechee Avenue;
thence along said.northerly line of Opechee Avenue, North 72°
40' West 130.5 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with any and all rights in common with Laughing Water
property owners to the use of the roadways and beaches at Laughing
Water.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abuttinK the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the fast part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or byvi a of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
party of part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires ,
