Dear Mr. Hanauer:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on April 21, 1988 regarding the
above matter:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees grant Mr. Sanford
Hanauer a WAIVER of the Wetland Ordinance for the construction
of a 16' x 21' ~ 4' x 22' deck on property located at 595
Clearwater Lane~ Cutchogue with the provision that dry wells
for roof run-off are installed on the property.
Please be advised that this determination is not a
determination made for any other department or agency which may
have jurisdiction in this matter. Please check with the Building
Dept. for such a determination.

No. 627 - Joan and John T. g/etzel - Recommend disapproval. There
is not enough space to allow for each homeowner to have
a dock. Suggest the neighbors get together and build one
dock and share it.
