THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2017-339 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
APRIL 11, 2017:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute the Extension Agreement between the Town of Southold
and the Group for the East End in connection with the Beach-Dependent Species Management
Program in the total amount of$20,000.00, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.

EXTENSION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN THE GROUP FOR THE EAST END AND
THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
This extension to the original Contract signed by Group for the East End, acting as an
independent contractor, on February 28, 2013 and the Town of Southold on March 20, 2013 by and
between the two parties isrnedeand entered into this I dayof 2017,
The parties agree to modify the terms of the Agreement, effective April 11, 2017 by this
extension to the original Contract asfollows:

3. TERM OF CONTRACT.
Retain language of original Contract, with the exception of the following term which is removed: "Any
extension beyond the Expiration Date must be in writing and signed by the Town of Southold."
All other terms and provisions of the original Contract remain in full force and effect.
