2 on an are of curve bearing to the right whose chord runs South

Together with a right of way over said Mill Path and subject to rights
of others over same.
Subject to an easement to Long Island Lighting Company recorded in Liber
1343 Page 350.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith a purchase
money mortgage in the total sum of $53,179.00 covering the subject
premises as well as other property and which mortgage was made and
executed by the party of the second part to the party of the first part.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part, in and to the waters of Arshamomoque Pond where it abuts.
