Specifically, the prior waiver granted by this board was for the building alterations only and not for the large amount of fill placed adjacent to wetlands without sufficient environmental controls. Please submit your wetlands application immediately or the Bay Constable will be obliged to ask the courts for a Criminal Summons. Thank your for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, John M. RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by Ward Associates fora waiver to construct addition to existing dwelling on property located on Rambler Road, Southotd, N.Y., identified on Suffolk County Tax Map as 1000-88-5-44.
