HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

TITLE NO. 8408-04520
ALL that certain plot, piece or Parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the Town of. Southold, County of Suffolk, State of. New
York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows ;
BEGIMING at a monument 532.26 _feet northerly from the
northerly line of North Bayview Road, said boundary line being
also the westerly line of a thirty foot right of wav over said
land of Schumacher, said point of beginning being the northeasterly
corner of land of Driskell; from said noint of beginning, running thence
. -------. along said land of Driskell, north 73 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds
west 148.84 feet to the easterly line of a twenty foot right of way;
thence along said easterly line north 17 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds
east 98.08 feet to the southerly line of a thirty foot right of way;
thence along said southerly line, south 72 degrees 25 minutes 30
seconds east 149.00 feet to said land of Schumacher and said westerly
line of said thirty foot right of way;
thence along said land of Schumacher

seconds west 96.53 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest to a right of way
thirty feet in width over said land of Schumacher and adjoining westerly

right of way 20 feet in width from the southwesterly corner of

way hereinbefore described. Also with all the right, title and
interest to aright of way beginning about 35 feet southerly
from said dredged canal along the easterly line of said 30 foot
right of way hereinbefore described and running northeasterly
about 1400 feet to North Road to Bayview.
