Hall SCTM 91000-71-2-7 Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on Thursday, February 24, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS; Proper-T Permit Serives on behalf of ROBERT H. ~Ar,L applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town cf Southold, application dated December 27, 1993 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a puJDlic hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on Thursday, February 24, 1994 at which time ail interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surroullding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, W~EREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will net affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Proper-T Permit Services on behalf of ROBERT H. HALL to construct 100 1.f. of replacement bulkhead no more than 18" in front of existinq bulkhead, fill behind existing bulkhead and/or new bulkhead, as necessary, with not more than 100 c.y. of clean material from upland. source as per plans by J. Fitzgerald dated 2/24/94. Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL TO: FROM: DATED: RE: Southold Town Board of Trustees Southo]d Town Corser'vat}on Advisory Council Recommendation of Wetland Applications Recommendation of Waiver Requests ' RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND APPLICATIONS Moved by Bruce Loucka. seconded by John Hagerty. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of THOMAS BYRNE 52-5-1 to replace (within 18") an existing cement block retaining wall 85' in length (plus 5' return on north side and 10' return on south side) -with a new timber wall approximately 1' higher. Approximately 45 c.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in from upland source. An existing 'ndented block stairway to be backfilled and replaced with a 4' x 8' wood stairway. 2345 Bayview Avenue, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Moved b,y Robert Keith, seconded by Patricia Isaksen. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of STEVEN SPARACINO 115-17-:17.14 to construct an elevated timber walkway and fixed dock structure. The walkway will be 4' wide by 70"long and a minimum of 4' above grade. The dock to be 5' wide and 20' long and to be situated on the seaward edge of the eXisting wetlands providing access to the dredged creek, Willis Creek Drive. Mattituck Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. The Southold Town CAC did not inspect the area of the Wetland Application of W.L. LYONS BROWN.
