Re: Pre-Application In~lirV on Behalf of Richard A. Hall
Dear Sir:
I am preparing for Dr. Hall applications for the necessary
permits to build a single family residence on the property
located on Kimberly Lane in $outho!d, $CTM # t000-70-13-20.8,
The most recent version of the survey showing the building
envelope is enclosed, You will note that the surveyor shows
the envelope as set back 75' from the line of rocks on the
beach, In order to ensure that the owner is provided with the
greatest permitted flexibility in locating his honse on the
property~ I would appreciate it if you would ind!cate~ by a
meth6d conveDient to you~ the exact edge of the wetlands from
which the 75' set back must be measured in order to comply
with Town of $outho!d regulations.
As an additional referencej i have marked the property with
stakes at the seaward corners as depicted in the survey~ which
are determined by the intersection of the side property lines
with the "high water mark"~
If it is appropriate~ I would be glad to meet with one or more
members of the Board at the site,
I have enclosed a check in the amount of $35 to cover the
inspection fee,
