New York 11971 October 28, 1992 Nancy Steelman Samuels & Steelman 25235 Main Road Cutchogue, NY 11935 Re: George Hagemeister SCTM ~1000-103-9-t3.2 Dear Ms. Steelman: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its re_c~ular meeting held on October 22, 1992 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Samuels & Steelman on behalf of George Hagemeister applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated September 11, 1992 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on October 22, 1992 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Samuels & Steelman on behalf of George Hagemeister to construct a one family dwelling, sanitary system, well & deck 75' from wetlands edge. Land to be disturbed will be landscaped. A 50' undisturbed buffer will be maintained between Mean High Water and pro3ect. Located Little Neck. Road, Cutchogue. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, ifapDlicable~ and permit issued within slx months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
