York, known and designated as Lot No. 48, on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Terry Waters at Bayview" , and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29, 1958, as Map No. 2901 .
COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS IN DEED: From Helen G. Cochran to Anthony
E. Tamburrino, dated 11/8/1963 and recorded 12/3 !1963 in Liber 5460
cp 249.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities
over and upon Watersedge Way, Longview Lane, and Rambler Road for
their entire distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout,
on said above mentioned filed map.
.RESERVING however, to the party of the first part the title to the
land in said roads and the right to herself, her grantees and
successors in interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and
to grant easements therein for the construction and maintenance of
public utilities_ Reserving also to the party of the first part
the right to change the location of said Rambler Road in any reason-
able manner.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot No. 8 and the area adjoining next southerly
thereto to the extent of 80 feet more or less, of the northerlv
80 feet of that parcel designated on said filed map as "Community
Park and Beach
(residents only) . "
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners
(said right being only for the benefit of the above described
premises) for bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly

mentioned filed map as "Community park and Beach (residents only) " .
t. Reserving, however to the seller the right to change the location
of the northerly boundary of said part thereto above mentioned, so

to be organized by the seller for the purpose of the care,
maintenance and repair of the roads, basins , canals, and the parcel
designated "Community Park and Beach (residents only) "
BEING AND ,INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in Liber 7522
of Deeds at page 490.
SUBJECT to a mortgage dated February 26, 1973 in the original
amount of $22,500.00 and a mortgage dated October 31, 1973 in
the sum of $9; 100 .00; both given by the Southold Savings Bank.
The second mortgage was consolidated with the first mortgage to
form a single lxen o£ $31,600.00 on which there is due at this
time a principal balance of $28,045 .03 .
