The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit #635 from John Gutleber to Michael Gill, as issued on
October 19, 1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE
the Administrative Amendment for the existing rounded wood platform leading to 4'x15'
wood steps; an existing 4'x33' fixed wooden dock with a 4'x7'x9' trapezoid dock and
bench at seaward end; existing 3'x16' ramp; existing 8'x30' float; and to replace the
surface of the structure's with untreated lumber; and as depicted on the revised project
plan prepared by Michael Gill, received on April 17, 2013 and stamped approved on
April 17, 2013.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

LWRP CONSISTENCY ASSESSMENT FORM

All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfxont Revitalization Program. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its significant
beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area (which includes all of Southold Town).

affect the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on August 25, 1988 regarding
the above matter:
Moved by Trustee Smith seconded by Trustee Krupski
WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of John Gutleber applied
to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions
of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application
dated May 18, 1988, and
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on August 25, 1988 at which time all
-interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentatio~ submitted concerning this application, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
