September 23. 1993. Moved by John Holzapfel. seconded by Bruce Loucka. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of FRANCIS X. SMITH 71-1-13 to construct a stairway on face of bluff over bulkhead and outer beach. It will consist of {from top to bottom) 4' x 8' platform; x 25' steps; u., x 8' walkway; 5' x 5' platform; 3~ x 8' steps. SAPP is requested. 1315 North Parish Drive. Southold. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried Moved by John Holzapfel. seconded by Stephen Angell. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustee APPROVAL W~'TH PROVISIONS of the Wetland Application of PATRICIA D; GUINAN AND OTHERS 86-7-5 to replace in-kind, in-place. 4' x 99' dock and 10' x 13' L-Dock. Replace in-kind, in-place 73' of timber bulkhead and 22' return. Replace 74' backing system. Install 158' upper retainin9 wall. Backfill with 90 c.y. clean fill. The Council recommends approval provided it doesn't block public access along the beach be either stairs ~or height or the applicant may wish to place stairs parallel, instead of perpendicular, to the bulkhead.
