(f) These covenants and restrictions shall"run withthe land hereby conveyed and shall bind and insure to the benefit of the said parties, their heirs, administrators, successors and assigns until January 1, 1990. Said covenants and restrictions may be enforced by action for damages or injunctions or both until the first day of January, 1990. (g) Party of the second part agrees to contribute his pro rata share of the cost of maintaining the right of way to Maple Avenue. At any time prior to January 1, 1990, these Covenants and Restrictions maybe modified or terminated with the written consent of all parties affected.
