WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known

made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, NY and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map No.
4362 as corrected by Certificate of Correction recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 5833 cp 52, on October 4, 1965; said lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Brigantine Drive distant 1817.19 feet
northerly, northeasterly and again northerly as measured along the easterly and
southeasterly and easterly side of Brigantine Drive from the corner formed by the
intersectioncf the northerly side of North Bayview Road and the Easterly side of
Brigantine Drive.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 190 13' 20" East along the easterly
side of Brigantine Drive 123.76 feet to a point;
thence South 640 05' 10" East 207.78 feet to a point;
