RUNNING THENCE: along said northerly line of Grange Road, South 58
degrees 12 minutes 50 seconds West, 94.87 feet to a monument set at
the southeasterly corner of lot 12 shown on said map;
THENCE partly through said lot 12 northeasterl'W on a curve to the
z left having a radius of 31.64 feet, a distance of 34.81 feet; '
THENCE acontinuing through said lot 12 and through lot 11, shown on
Nsaid map, North 4 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West, 175.13 feet
to the southerly line of lot 10, shown on said map;

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receivesuch consid-
eration.as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. . .
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
