THIS IS a correction deed to correct deed dated, December 20, 1979,
made by Philip M. Reinhardt and Lefferts P. Edson as Admini&tra
tors of the Estate of Golden A. Jennings to George L. Penny IV.
and Robert Johnsen, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 8751 Page 410 on December 26, 1979, in which it is set
forth that Golden A. Jennings, late of Southold,; New York, died
testate on the "18th day of February nineteen hundred and seventy-
five; " whereas, it should read that said -Golden A. Jennings died
testate on the "27th day of July nineteen hundred and ;0eventy-six.
In all other respects, the said deed is confirmed as being correct
