Peconic Bay;

vehicles. Said right of way is more particularly described as follows:The northeast corner of said right of way is a point
on the westerly line of the above mentioned ten foot right of way and the said point is 327 feet south of the northwest
corner of the above mentioned ten foot right of way. Thelnortherly and southerly lines of said right of way-are parallel to
