State of New York, known and designated as part of Lot 119 on a certain map entitled,
"Amended Map of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc.", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on January 12, 1926 as Map No. 801, and bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly side of Sigsbee Road 325 feet
southerly from Peconic Bay Blvd., as measured along the easterly side of said road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southerly line of Lot 118 as
