The water service lines installed pursuant to this casement shall be used solely for the purpose of transmitting water from the public water distribution system to Grantee's Property across the Easement Area and Shall be and remain the personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. Grantee, its successors and assigns shall defend and indemnify and hold harmless Grantors, their successors and assigns for any claims made against Grantors resulting from activities of Grantee's use of the casement. In addition, Grantee their Successors and assignees shall indemnify Grantor, their Successors and Assignee's for any damage to Grantee's property as a result of Grantee's use of this Easement. All costs associated with the Easement are the responsibility of the Grantee, their successors and assignees. Grantee shall promptly and its own cost and expense restore the Easement Area to a condition substantially similar to the condition which existed prior to the installation of service line or lines and after each exercise of its right to maintain, repair, remove, or replace the service line or lines if activity disturbs the Easement Area. This easement shall be forever binding upon Grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns for the benefit of Grantee, his heirs, successors, and assigns.
