The validity of this permit is or may be subject to the approval of other governmental or municipal authorities. The Town accepts no responsibility in applying for or obtaining such approval. In the "event that such approval is necessary, the holder of this permit shall not commence operations here- ' under until such approval has been obtained in writing. The failure to obtain such other approval when required shall subject this permit to immediate revocation by the Trustees upon receipt by the Trustees- of written notice from such other governmental or municipal authorities of its refusal or disapproval. Hussey, requests Department of the Army authorization to replace a section of existing bulkhead and dredge with upland disposal in East Creek, west of Cutchogue Harbor in Little Peconic Bay at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York. The work entails in-kind and in-place replacement of approximately 110 li.near feet of existing bulkhead and dredge with 10 years maintenance approximately 150 cubic yards of material to 4 feet below mean low water from the area directly waterward of the bu)kheado All dredged material would be placed behind the bulkhead on the applicants up)and (non-wetland) property .as backfill. The applicant estimates that maintenance dredging of approximately the same amount of material~ will be required twice more in the next ten years, with all dredged material to be placed on the applicants upland property.
