ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of 20 foot right-of-way hereinafter described (which point is the
northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of land formerly of Hyatt and now or
formerly of Williams);
RUNNING THENCE in a southeasterly direction along the southerly side of said 20 foot right of way south 64 degrees 50
minutes, east a distance of 120.66 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along other land now formerly of Mae P. Offenheiser south 25 degrees 10 minutes west, a distance
of 120.12 feet to land now or formerly of 011ie M. Overton;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now formerly of 011ie M. Overton north 83 degrees 20 minutes, a distance of
127.23 feet to a point marked by a granite monument(which granite monument is located about 630 feet easterly along
the southerly line of land formerly of Walter E. Hyatt from the easterly line of Horton's Land);
RUNNING THENCE along said land forme'rly of Hyatt and now or formerly of William North 25 degrees 10 minutes
east, a distance of 160.49 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right-of-way in common with others over said 20 foot right-of-way and over roadway as traveled to South
