filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1975 as Map No. 6266. Said lot being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of The Long Way distance 29.16 feet southerly from the westerly end
of an arc of a curve which connects the southerly side of The Cross Way with the westerly side of The Long Way;
RUNNING THENCE South 13 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds East along said westerly side of The Long Way, 250.85
feet to a monuments;
THENCE South 83 degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds West along the northerly side of Lot No. H, 91.33 to a monument;
