successors and assigns of the Grantees forever.
It is agreed by the Grantees,Julia Erlich and Denis Maksymowicz, that upon the recording of this
Right of Way Easement in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County that any and all title, interest and
rights the Grantees, their assigns, heirs and successors to the lands of the Grantee known commonly as
1.435 Demarest Road, Orientland bearing Suffolk County Tax Map Number 1000-013-02-7.9, may have
and/or otherwise claim by virtue of any right of way easement, license, adverse possession or otherwise
for ingress and egress upon and/or across the lands of the Grantor,other than set forth in this Right of
Way Easement, are hereby irrevocably extinguished, terminated and no longer in affect. Nothing in this
paragraph shall be construed to extinguish or terminate any other type of easement not related to
ingress and egress the Grantees have over the property of the Grantor.
