TOGEHlER with a right of way for ingress and egress, in a=non with others,
over the roads as shown on said map.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said premises.
*BEGINIING at a point on the northerly side of Robinson Road, at a point on said
northerly side of Robinson Road, where same is intersected by the division line be–
tween Iots 9 and 10, as shown on said map, and from said point of beginning; running
thence along the northerly side of Robinson Road, the following two (2) courses and
distances: 1. N. 80" 54' 20" W. 80.75 feet; 2. Westerly along the arc of a curve
bearing to the left, having a radius of 177 feet a distance of 80.70 feet to the
division line between Tats 11 and 10 as shown on said map; thence N. 020 30' 00
E. along said last mentioned division line, 156.50 feet to the shore of the Basin;
thence along the shore of the Basin, along a tie line bearing N. 880 40' 20" E.,
123.39 feet to the division line between lots 9 and 10, as shown on said map;
thence S. 10° 00' E., along said last mentioned division line, 169 feet to the
northerly side of Robinson Road, at the point or place of BEGMTING.
