WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive
distant 800 feet westerly as measured along the northerly side of
Harbor Lights Drive from the corner fromed ,by the intersection of
the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive and the easterly side of
Brigantine Drive ;
THENCE North 64 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds West along the northerly
side of Harbor Lights Drive 100 ,00 feet to the dredged canal;
THENCE Northerly and easterly along the dredged canal the following two
tie courses and distances :
1 . North 25 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East 200 . 00 feet to a point;

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
