Town of Southold, N.Y. " , surveyed by Otto W. VanTuyl, surveyor,
Greenport, New York, June 16, 1931, which map has been duly filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office September 2, 1931, as map
number 539 as lots numbered 19 and 20. Said lots, being taken
together, are bounded with reference to said map as follows :
o northerly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company; easterly by
lot 21; southerly by the Main South Road, and westerly by lot 18.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Charles S.
Witherspoon and Evelyn A. Witherspoon, his wife, by deed made by
Z Leon Stepnoski and Alice Stepnoski, his wife, dated August 28,1953,
o recorded November 12, 1953, in liber 3611 of conveyances , page 82,
in said county clerk' s office. (The said Evelyn A. Witherspoon
having died a resident of Suffolk County on May 20, 1974. )
SUBJECT to easement, if any, of the Long Island Lighting Company,
