BEING and intended to be the same premises in which an undivided
one-twelfth (1/12th) interest was conveyed to the undersigned party
of the first part herein by Deed dated December 1, 1979, and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on December 4, 1979
in Liber 8739 of Deeds at page 384.

New York, consisting of" a' strip of land 10 feet wide now used as a
roadway and extending easterly from the westerly side of ;land now or
formerly of Nissen and being the existing roadway reserved in a cer-
taro deed from Frank L. Downs and others to 'Donald E_ Tuthill, dated
February 23, 1950 and recorded in Liber 3049 of Deeds at page 362,
the center lire thereof running three courses as follows: South 79
