" thence westerly along a fence marking the irregular northerly boundary
of said property said to belong to the Town of Southold and the south
erly boundary of the land hereby conveyed 62. 8 feet to the point where
the westerly boundary line of said first mentioned land formerly owned
by Francis D. Wells and Ethel B. Wells, his wife, would, if continued,
intersect the said northerly boundary of said property said to belong
