The grantees -herein, Edward S. kink and Lydia B. Kruk, herebelow
affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing their agreement
to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the premises described
herein which was made to the Southold Savings Bank by FOUNDERS HOMES
INC. in the amount of $41, 000.00, dated the_24th- day of November, 1972
and recorded in the; Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 13, 1972
in Liber 6579 at page 322, which said mortgage was extended by agreement
dated December 19, 1972 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on January 16, 1973 in Liber 6612 at page 309, which said Mort-
gage was thereafter` assumed by GEORGE Lo PENNY IV, by way of assumption
agreement dated August 19, 1977, simultaneously with conveyance of the
above described premises by Founders Homes Inc. to George L. Penny IV,
the grantor herein, on which mortgage the present remaining principal
balance is $36, 242.48 with interest paid to March 19 1980:
